• Lead trial counsel successfully prosecuted to collected judgment an action against Network Solutions founder Emmet McHenry brought by former merger and acquisitions player Dennis Levine based on $200 million financing secured for NetCom Solutions
• Lead trial counsel in action against Michael Jackson for fees earned in connection with
  securing refinancing for his then $272 million bank debt, which settled on morning of first day of trial
